Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. Prepaid options (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) are also available at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via email and SMS so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.
Orders & Payments
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support team at support@shaenor.com. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
You can enter your promo/discount code in the "Coupon Code" field on the checkout page before making the payment.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery for defective, damaged, or wrong items received.
Simply email us at support@shaenor.com with your Order ID and photo/video proof of the product. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method or UPI.
